Adina is a mesa carrier initiated in the Peruvian, primarily Q'ero Inka Lineage and completed a 3 1/2 year long Shamanic Apprenticeship from the Peruvian and North American shamanic traditions with Jaes Seis. Adina traveled to Peru in 2011 and 2013 to participate in shamainc ritual and ceremony work there.
Adina has a strong passion to help others create meaningful rituals: to reconnect with their personal power (during important transitions in their lives), release blocks in their life path, and to guide them to connect to their Future-Selves and their highest potential.
Adina currently works with clients doing: Illuminations (energetic release of blockages), Soul and Destiny Retrievals, Reclaiming Lost Power, Thoughtform Unraveling, Curse Unraveling, Compassionate Depossession, and Extraction work. Private Shamanic Sessions typically last for 3 hours.
A shamanic session with Adina allows you to let go of time and space, to create a meaningful ritual to honor your willingness to move forward in your life, to release old patterns of energy, to call in your highest potential to fill up this newly opened space, and to embrace the mystery of what happens in the process.

Adina also completed a 6 month residential Yoga Teacher Training program in Mumbai, India in 1999 and owned the Classical Yoga Center in Iowa City from 1999-2009 with her husband Andrew.

It is important to remember that no two personal sessions are the same because we are stepping into the Mystery. The time spent in your session will focus on what your specific energetic body is needing to release and let go of, and what your body needs to call back and retain. This is all based on your original intention. One of the most important parts of your session is taking time before you arrive to set a clear intention for what you are ready to energetically release.
The seasons of the year act as markers for us to assess/reflect/question and check-in with our life journey. Would you like to meet with Adina for one session during each season in order to focus your inward process to clear out the old to make room for the new? This could be a way for you to work on a larger intention over time, with a 3 month reminder to dive back in and connect with your intention and then continue to move forward toward your goals.
