Engage with gratitude, the ultimate language of love! Spend the weekend at Prairiewoods (120 East Boyson Road in Hiawatha) learning to identify, teach and perpetuate your core values through authenticity resulting in powerful connectedness. Learn to overcome the current climate of selfishness and vitriol through the habit of reflecting and articulating what you appreciate. Discover how to reframe your thoughts positively in a genuine and authentic way through the process of expressing gratitude. This weekend retreat at Prairiewoods (120 East Boyson Road in Hiawatha) is intended for couples, parents and individuals seeking stronger connections to those who matter in their lives through the power of gratitude. Facilitators Paul and Tina DuBois have been parenting 10 years, married 14 and together since 1995. Paul has a bachelor’s degree in communication and 15 years’ experience teaching adult leadership skills and emotional competency. Tina has a bachelor’s in psychology and elementary education and a master’s in social work. Tina is on a journey to make the world a more positive place, and Paul is still figuring out how to get it right 50% of the time.
